User Service Agreement

The Intercontinental Casting Platform provides you with services subject to the following terms and conditions. Please read and comply with them carefully.

Welcome to the "Intercontinental Casting Platform User Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"). The terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement apply to your use of the various tools and services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") provided by the Intercontinental Casting website (zj998.com) for trading and communication in the global business-to-business (B-TO-B) electronic market (e-market). This Agreement has the effect of a contract.

Article 1 Acceptance of Terms

1.1 The content of this Agreement includes the body of the Agreement and all types of rules that the Intercontinental Casting Platform has published or may publish in the future. All rules form an inseparable part of this Agreement and have the same legal effect as the body of this Agreement.

1.2 Entering the Intercontinental Casting website and using the Services in any way indicates that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms").

1.3 Intercontinental Casting has the right to amend the Terms at its discretion according to business needs, and update them in the form of website announcements without separate notice to you. Once the revised Terms are published on the Intercontinental Casting website, they take effect. If you do not agree to the relevant revisions, please stop using the Services immediately. Once you continue to use the Intercontinental Casting Platform or accept services in various ways, it means that you have accepted and voluntarily comply with the revised Terms. When disputes arise between you and Intercontinental Casting, the latest Terms shall prevail.

Article 2 Registration Terms

2) Government agencies, enterprises and institutions, social organizations, and other organizations established and legally existing in accordance with Chinese laws, regulations, and administrative rules; units or organizations without legal personality that should not be registered as platform users, their agreement with the platform is void from the beginning, and once Intercontinental Casting discovers this, it has the right to immediately terminate the service to such user and pursue all legal responsibilities for their use of the platform services.

If you do not meet the aforementioned qualifications, please do not use the Services. Otherwise, you and your guardian shall bear all consequences arising therefrom, and Intercontinental Casting has the right to cancel or (permanently freeze) your account. If this causes losses to Intercontinental Casting, Intercontinental Casting has the right to claim compensation from you and your guardian.

If you register as a member on the Intercontinental Casting website on behalf of other natural persons, legal persons, and other organizations, it is deemed that you declare and guarantee that you have obtained valid authorization and have the right to make the aforementioned legal entities bound by the terms of this Agreement.

Intercontinental Casting has the right to modify this Agreement at any time and announce it on the platform in advance. Once the revised terms are published on the platform, they take effect immediately and automatically. If you do not agree to the relevant changes, you must stop using the Intercontinental Casting Platform.

3) You can set a username for your account, but the username you set must not infringe or be suspected of infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of others. If your username is suspected of infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of others, Intercontinental Casting has the right to terminate the service to you and cancel or permanently freeze your account. After the account is cancelled, the corresponding username will be opened for use by other authorized users.

4) When completing the registration or activation process, you should provide accurate and timely updated information in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations and the prompts on the corresponding pages, so that they are true, timely, complete, and accurate. If there is a reasonable reason to suspect that the information you provide is incorrect, untrue, outdated, or incomplete, Intercontinental Casting has the right to send you an inquiry and/or a request for correction notice, and the right to directly delete the corresponding information, until suspending or terminating part or all of the Intercontinental Casting services provided to you. Intercontinental Casting is not responsible for this, and you will bear any direct or indirect losses and adverse consequences arising therefrom.

Article 3 Account Security

3.1 Intercontinental Casting (zj998.com) can only be used for legal purposes, namely viewing information, online consultation, and user communication. When using Intercontinental Casting, you must ensure compliance with national laws, regulations, and rules, comply with Intercontinental Casting's relevant agreements, provisions, rules, procedures, and practices, and shall not use Intercontinental Casting for any illegal activities.

3.2 You independently bear all responsibility for the authenticity, accuracy, timeliness, completeness, and legality of all information posted through Intercontinental Casting (including but not limited to personal information and commercial information in content; text, images, video in form). Posting of short or false materials in the prohibited information is forbidden. If we find that a user has violated the relevant use regulations, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the service to that user. The content of the posted information is interpreted by the user who posted the information, and they independently bear all consequences and legal responsibilities arising therefrom. Intercontinental Casting is not responsible for this.

3.3 Any notices sent by Intercontinental Casting in the form of emails will be sent to your email address (you agree that if you modify the email address submitted during the original registration and pass the Intercontinental Casting review, the new email address shall prevail). When the email enters the receiving system of the aforementioned email box, it is deemed to be delivered. Intercontinental Casting has the right to send various commercial information related to the services provided by Intercontinental Casting through your contact information (including but not limited to email, SMS, etc.). If you refuse to continue receiving the above commercial information, you must notify us in writing.

3.4 This website has the right to use all information posted by users through the website, and reserves the right to manage, modify, and delete user-posted information;

3.6 Without the authorization of this website, users are prohibited from using the information of this website for other purposes.

Article 4 Interruption and Termination of Services

4.1 You agree that in the case where Intercontinental Casting does not charge you, the platform may, at its sole discretion, with or without notice and for any reason (including but not limited to your sale, rental, or free provision of the account to non-affiliated enterprises or individuals, the platform's belief that the user has violated the literal meaning and spirit of this Agreement and related rules, or your acting in a manner inconsistent with the literal meaning and spirit of this Agreement) terminate your service password, account (or any part thereof) or your use of the services. After the service is terminated, the platform has no obligation to retain any information in or related to the original account for the user, or to forward any unread or unsent information to other users or third parties.

4.2 You agree that in the case where Intercontinental Casting charges you, Intercontinental Casting may take the above service termination actions based on reasonable suspicion and email notification. After negotiating with you to handle the funds in your associated account, you further acknowledge and agree that in the case of Intercontinental Casting terminating your services in accordance with this Agreement, it may immediately invalidate your account or cancel your account and all related data and files in your account. After the account is terminated, Intercontinental Casting has the right to retain all user information on the platform (including but not limited to user information, services, requirements, etc.) for two years, but has no obligation to retain any information in or related to the original account for you, or to forward any unread or unsent information to you or third parties. In addition, you agree that Intercontinental Casting is not liable to you or any third party for terminating the provision of services to you.

4.3 You have the right to request Intercontinental Casting to cancel your account and terminate the platform services, but it must be reviewed and approved by Intercontinental Casting before you can be released from the agreement relationship with the platform. At that time, the contractual relationship between you and Intercontinental Casting based on this Agreement is terminated. After your account is cancelled, Intercontinental Casting has no obligation to retain or disclose any information in your account to you, nor to forward any information you have not read or sent to you or a third party.

4.6 Intercontinental Casting has the right to determine whether the user's behavior complies with the requirements of this Agreement. If Intercontinental Casting determines that the user has violated the provisions of the Terms, it has the right to immediately terminate the user's service and delete the user's information;

4.7 Intercontinental Casting may modify, interrupt or terminate part or all of the user's free services at any time according to the actual situation, and reserves the right not to inform any user or third party.

Article 5 Paid Membership Service Terms

5.1 Paid Members of the Intercontinental Casting Website Once the membership fee is paid in accordance with the "Membership Service Contract", the fee is non-refundable. If, during the use of the Intercontinental Casting website, you wish to stop the related services of the Intercontinental Casting website for your own business reasons, or if Intercontinental Casting stops providing services to you due to violations, Intercontinental Casting has the right to terminate this Agreement without refunding the membership fees collected.

5.2 Paid members must comply with the "Membership Service Contract", this Agreement and relevant website requirements before enjoying the relevant paid services.

5.3 If you want to upgrade to a higher-level membership before your membership expires, after sending an application, Intercontinental Casting staff will actively contact you, and you need to pay the membership fee difference. Intercontinental Casting has the right to interpret the calculation method for the price difference.

5.4 Intercontinental Casting has the right to adjust the membership fee amount according to market conditions and business development needs. If the adjusted membership fee amount is higher than when you joined, Intercontinental Casting will not charge the difference; if the adjusted membership fee is lower than when you joined, Intercontinental Casting has no obligation to refund the difference. When the membership expires and you re-apply, the membership fee will be calculated according to the latest revised membership fee.

5.5 Intercontinental Casting has the right to implement promotional activities according to market conditions and business development needs, and to reduce or exempt the membership fees of qualifying Intercontinental Casting members to a certain extent. Intercontinental Casting has the final right of interpretation of the discount terms; for members who do not enjoy the discount, Intercontinental Casting has no obligation to refund the membership fee difference.

Article 6 Terms of Use

6.1 When using Intercontinental Casting, you must ensure compliance with national laws, regulations, and rules, and comply with Intercontinental Casting's relevant agreements, provisions, rules, procedures, and practices, and shall not use Intercontinental Casting for any illegal activities.

6.2 You independently bear all responsibility for the authenticity, accuracy, timeliness, completeness, and legality of all information posted through Intercontinental Casting (including but not limited to personal information and commercial information in content; text, images, video in form).

If you refuse to continue receiving the above commercial information, you must notify us in writing.

Article 7 Dispute, Controversy and Complaint Handling

7.1 The validity and performance of this Agreement and its rules, as well as all matters relating to the validity of this Agreement and its rules, shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, and any disputes shall only be subject to the laws of the People's Republic of China.

7.2 The user agrees that during the use of Intercontinental Casting, when discovering any facts that may infringe on the rights of themselves or Intercontinental Casting, they shall promptly notify Intercontinental Casting and provide corresponding supporting materials. If the complaint is untrue or untimely and causes losses to Intercontinental Casting or third parties, the user shall bear legal responsibility.

7.3 The platform has the right to accept and mediate disputes between you and other users arising from the provision of services or transactions, and at the same time has the right to unilaterally and independently determine whether other users' reports and claims against you are valid. The platform has no obligation to use its own funds for compensation, but if such payment has been made, you shall promptly compensate the platform for all losses. Otherwise, the platform has the right to deduct the corresponding funds or rights through the aforementioned means. If the losses still cannot be compensated, the platform reserves the right to continue to pursue claims.

7.4 Since the platform is not a judicial authority or other state power organ, you fully understand and acknowledge that: Intercontinental Casting's ability to identify evidence and handle disputes is limited, and accepting, handling disputes, controversies, and complaints is entirely based on your authorization. There is no guarantee that the handling results will meet your expectations, nor is there any responsibility for the handling results. Intercontinental Casting has the right to decide whether to participate in the handling of disputes.

7.5 If effective legal instruments confirm that a member has engaged in illegal acts or acts in violation of this Agreement, or Intercontinental Casting independently judges that the member is suspected of illegal acts or acts in violation of this Agreement, Intercontinental Casting has the right to publish the member's illegal acts and take corresponding actions, including but not limited to terminating services, permanently prohibiting the use of Intercontinental Casting services, etc.

7.6 For all disputes arising from this Agreement and its rules, the two parties may negotiate a settlement. If negotiation fails, the case shall be under the jurisdiction of the People's Court at the location of Intercontinental Media Information Technology (Liaoning) Co., Ltd.

Article 8 User Rights and Obligations

8.1 The user has the right to use the platform to post needs and services, query user information, provide professional services, sell related goods, send materials to other users, distribute information in this platform community and related products, participate in related activities of the platform, and enjoy other related information and services provided by the platform, according to this Agreement and related rules published by the platform.

8.2 The user must be responsible for their own user account information, and must independently bear responsibility for all activities occurring under the user account (including but not limited to initiating purchases or consultations, participating in official activities, sending and receiving files, etc.). The user has the right to change account information as needed. Any losses caused by user fault shall be borne by the user themselves. Such faults include but are not limited to not following prompts to operate, not operating in a timely manner, forgetting or leaking account information, account information being cracked by others, mobile devices being intruded upon by others, etc.

8.3 Users shall provide true and accurate registration information to the platform, and at the same time, users shall also update relevant registration materials in a timely manner when relevant materials actually change.

8.5 Users shall not use false information to fraudulently register account names, or have illegal and harmful information in account avatars, profiles, and other registration information.

8.6 Users shall not impersonate, associate with, or register account names in the name of institutions or social celebrities and well-known enterprises.

8.7 Users shall not, in any form, transfer or authorize others to use their user account on this platform without authorization

8.8 Users have the obligation to ensure that the needs and services posted on the platform are true, accurate, and not misleading.

8.9 When posting needs and services on the platform, users shall not violate the provisions of national laws, regulations, and administrative rules, shall not post information that infringes on others' intellectual property rights or other legitimate rights and interests, shall not violate social public interests or public morals, and shall not violate the relevant provisions of the platform.

8.10 Users shall abide by the principle of good faith in platform transactions, and shall not disrupt online trading order through improper competitive means such as interfering with or manipulating posted needs or services, and shall not engage in improper behavior unrelated to online trading.

8.11 Users shall not use improper means (including but not limited to false needs, exchanging positive reviews, etc.) to improve their own or others' credit, or use improper means to maliciously rate other users and reduce other users' credit.

8.12 Users commit that all their behavior when using the platform complies with laws, regulations, administrative rules, the relevant provisions of the platform, and various social public interests or public morals. In case of any violation leading to legal consequences, the user shall independently bear the corresponding legal responsibility in their own name.

8.13 In the process of trading through the platform, if a dispute arises with other users due to the transaction, the platform may coordinate the handling. If a user finds that another user has engaged in illegal acts or acts in violation of this Agreement, they may report it to the platform.

8.14 Unless otherwise stipulated by the platform, users shall bear the relevant expenses arising from transactions and pay taxes according to law.

8.16 Users agree to receive information from the platform, including but not limited to activity information, transaction information, promotional information, etc.

Article 9 Rights and Obligations of Intercontinental Casting

9.1 Intercontinental Casting only provides users with a third-party platform for matching casting industry information and casting supply and procurement information, and does not intervene in the transaction process. Unless authorized in writing by Intercontinental Media Information Technology (Liaoning) Co., Ltd., platform employees shall not intervene in specific transaction processes.

9.2 The platform has the obligation to strive to ensure the normal operation of the entire online platform on the basis of existing technical levels, make every effort to avoid service interruptions or limit the interruption time to the shortest possible time, and ensure the smooth conduct of user online communication and trading activities.

9.3 The platform has the obligation to promptly respond to questions related to transactions or registration and reported situations encountered by users when registering to use the platform.

9.4 The platform has the right to review user registration information. For registration information with any problems or suspicions, the platform has the right to send a notice to inquire about the user and require the user to make explanations and corrections.

9.5 If a user has a dispute with other users during online transactions on the Intercontinental Casting platform, the user informs the platform of the dispute, or the platform becomes aware of the dispute, after review, the platform has the right to contact both parties via email, phone, and SMS to learn about the dispute and notify the other party of the situation learned; when a user requires the platform to provide relevant information through judicial authorities according to legal procedures, Intercontinental Casting will actively cooperate and provide relevant information.

9.7 According to national laws, regulations, administrative rules, the content of this Agreement, and the facts known to the platform, if it can be determined that the user has engaged in illegal acts or acts in violation of this Agreement and other improper behavior on the platform's trading platform, the platform has the right to publish the user's illegal behavior on the platform without the user's consent, and has the right to delete relevant information, terminate the provision of services, and other handling at any time.

9.8 The platform, in accordance with this Agreement and related rules, may freeze, use, advance compensation, refund, and dispose of funds deposited and frozen by users in platform accounts. For funds in user accounts that have been blocked due to violations, if there is still a balance after being handled in accordance with the regulations, the user may apply for withdrawal.

9.9 The platform has the right to delete or take other restrictive measures to handle the following information without notifying users: including but not limited to for the purpose of avoiding fees; for the purpose of hyping credit; containing fraudulent or other malicious or false content; unrelated to online trading or not for the purpose of trading; containing malicious bidding or other factors that attempt to disrupt normal trading order; violating public interest or potentially seriously damaging the legitimate interests of this website and other users.

Article 10 Scope of Responsibility of the Intercontinental Casting Platform

10.2 Whether to download or obtain any information sent by other users through the platform is at the user's own consideration, weighing and risk. The user shall bear full responsibility for any damage to the user's mobile system or data loss caused by downloading any information. We hope that users will be careful and use common sense when using the platform.

10.3 The suggestions and information content obtained by users through the platform, regardless of their form or expression, in no way constitute any guarantee not expressly provided in this Agreement.

Article 11 Confidentiality

Both parties guarantee that documents and materials belonging to the other party that are learned during the discussion, signing, and execution of this Agreement and that cannot be obtained from public channels (including but not limited to trade secrets, company plans, operating activities, financial information, technical information, business information and other trade secrets) shall be kept confidential. Without the consent of the original provider of such materials and documents, the other party shall not disclose all or part of the trade secret to a third party. However, except as otherwise provided by laws, regulations, and administrative rules or otherwise agreed by both parties.

Article 12 Force Majeure

Neither party shall be responsible if the performance of this Agreement becomes impossible, unnecessary, or meaningless due to force majeure or other unexpected events. Force majeure as referred to in this contract means objective circumstances that cannot be foreseen, avoided, or overcome, including but not limited to war, typhoons, floods, fires, lightning strikes or earthquakes, strikes, riots, statutory diseases, hacker attacks, network viruses, technical control by telecommunications departments, government actions, or any other natural or man-made disasters.

Article 13 Right of Interpretation

The platform has the final right of interpretation of this service agreement, including various rules formulated based on this service agreement.

Article 14 Supplementary Provisions

14.1 Intercontinental Casting: also known as the Intercontinental Casting Platform, refers to the "Intercontinental Casting" product developed and owned by Intercontinental Media Information Technology (Liaoning) Co., Ltd. with intellectual property rights, including the internet-based website domain zj998.com

14.2 User: refers to all users who register for the various services of the Intercontinental Casting Platform through normal channels.
